BP-2xi : 7.2v replacement rechargeable NiMH insert - goes inside ICOM BP-2 battery pack
The BP-2xi is a 7.2 volt 1600mAh replacement rechargeable NiMH insert - it goes inside the ICOM BP-2 and CM-2 battery packs (the ones that have NO plug-in jacks). This insert has E-Z solder tabs, and since the old BP-2 unscrews open, rebuilding/installation is fairly easy. The dimensions of this battery insert are: 2" across, 1 1/8" tall, 1 5/16" across.
